Numato Lab’s 16 Channel PoE (Power over Ethernet) GPI/GPO module is low cost easily deployable solution for connecting your PC to other electronic circuitry through a network. As in the name, this module doesn’t need a wire for power and data separately, one Ethernet cable serves both the purpose! This GPI module can be accessed through a simple web interface or Telnet. Ease of use and wider operating system compatibility are the primary goals behind this product’s design. This simplicity allows the use of off-the-shelf Terminal Emulation programs such as HyperTerminal and TeraTerm for controlling the module with a simple set of human-readable commands through Telnet or through easy to use Web interface. For power users, this module can be controlled by writing programs in various programming languages.

An Electronic Dice is a digital version of a traditional dice, which generates a random number (1 to 6) and displays it using LEDs or a 7-segment display. It uses components like a 555 timer, counter IC (like CD4017), or microcontrollers such as Arduino to simulate dice rolls electronically.

A Visitor Counter automatically counts the number of people entering or leaving a room using an IR sensor. The count is displayed on a 16×2 LCD, and a buzzer can alert when a specific limit is reached. This project is widely used in shops, libraries, offices, and events to monitor occupancy. It demonstrates sensor interfacing, counting logic, and real-time display using Arduino.

An OR gate using transistors is a basic logic circuit built using NPN transistors that performs the logical OR function. It gives a high output when at least one input is high. This is a fundamental building block in digital electronics and can be implemented using discrete components like transistors and resistors.

A Battery High-Low Monitor is an electronic circuit or device that detects and indicates the voltage level of a battery — whether it’s too high (overcharged), normal, or too low (discharged). It helps protect batteries from overcharging or deep discharge, which can damage the battery or reduce its lifespan.
These monitors often use comparators, voltage dividers, LED indicators, or microcontrollers to track and display battery status in real time.
