Shipping, Cancellation, Returns & Refund Policy

We deliver our products across India using reliable courier services like Bluedart, Fedex, Delhivery, Ecom Express, India Post, Xpress Bees, and others to ensure fast and secure delivery. The estimated delivery time is 2-5 working days for metro cities and 4-7 working days for other locations in India. If the product is in stock, we will dispatch it within 48 hours of your order. However, if it’s out of stock, we will notify you by email about its availability within 2-3 days. If we are unable to deliver the product through the courier, we will use India Post for delivery. We are not responsible for any delay caused by the courier company or India Post.

If you receive a defective, damaged, or broken product, please contact us within 4 days of delivery to initiate a return or refund. If the product is not working, you must provide us with testing proof of the product within the return period; otherwise, we won’t accept any return or refund claims. The shipping charges for the products are extra and depend on the weight and quantity of the product. These charges are automatically calculated when you make a purchase.

If you arrange for a reverse pickup of a defective or damaged product, you will receive a shipping label from the courier company via email. Please paste the label on the box with the original packaging. Once we receive the product back, we will initiate a refund or replacement.

We provide information on returns and warranty for each product on the product information page. In case we deliver the wrong product, you can return it within 2 days with its original packing. Once the order is confirmed, we cannot entertain any cancellation requests. If you prepay for your order but fail to accept, receive, or collect the courier or return it, we will deduct the shipping and return charges from the prepaid amount and refund the remaining amount after evaluating the issue.

If we cancel the order for any reason, we will refund the entire amount to your account or card, whichever is applicable, within 10 working days. If your order fails or gets cancelled, and your account gets debited, the paid amount will be automatically refunded to your account or card, whichever is applicable.
